I woke up early on Easter friday to make sure I'd have time for the gym. When I arrived, it was packed with noobs; old men, sloppy middle-agers and people who I only ever see on public holidays. When I train, it is relaxation for me. I am completely alone and I can concentrate on achieving my goals. When it's packed with people who don't have the dedication throughout the year to be there, it just annoys me.
After the gym, I headed home. Mum was just pulling up an oven tray with muffins in and asked if I could make a ten minute turn around. I jumped in the shower, threw on some clothes and we headed up to our family friends' for an Easter morning brunch.
We looked over videos of us as children on holiday together and played some archery. That evening, I saw Clash of the Titans 3D with the boys. I really loved it, only for the ancient history. Anyone else will probably see it as three stars.
Work Saturday, lazy Sunday. Training hard the rest of the week. Saturday night we had drinks at Hannah's. Had a barbecue on Monday night at Rosie's, which was delicious. So much meaty goodness. Watched Jerseyshore last night with some friends and I'm at home tonight while the rest of the folks go out to town.
